At Signs of Valor, every sign is made to order with your unique design specifications. Because our products are fully customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or other solution.
